The primary goal for this new website was to qualify and collect leads for potential franchisees. In order to do so, we prioritized three main design strategies:
- Provide clear calls to action: Since this was the primary goal, we were sure to provide multiple opportunities for site visitors to request more information about starting a Kilwins Franchise.
- Mobile-first design: Analytics revealed that over half of the visitors to the previous website were on mobile devices, so a responsive first approach was crucial.
- Use of imagery and graphics: We made use of custom photography and video throughout the site to tell the Kilwins brand story. All files needed to be sized and formatted properly in order to load quickly on all devices (even mobile).
